Em đang bắt đầu học về CNTT năm đầu ĐH và mới học về phần hàm tuy nhiên do chương trình học gấp quá giáo viên không hướng dẫn gì về mục hàm cả nên có 1 số bài tập có sử dụng các hàm và cách ghép hàm mà em không biết mong các bác chỉ giùm. Bài này về tính tuổi. Em đã lập công thức theo hàm sau: YEAR(TODAY())-YEAR(ô năm sinh) nhưng không được ma nó ra kết quả loạn hết ra. Ai biết chỉ giùm.

Mình có 1 biểu thức mà giá trị các cột gồm số và chữ cái (ví dụ 5AB, 1.5BC, ...) mình muốn tính tổng của các số (chia ra nhóm AB, BC) mà chưa có cách nào cả . Nhờ các bạn trong diễn đàn hỗ trợ giúp mình với nhé.

Phần mềm xuất ra Time Card từ cột A - L tùy vào số lượng nhân viên, thường là trên 2000 nhân viên.
Em cần dò tìm giờ vào và ra cho từng nhân viên (giờ vào là IN của MORNING, ra là ô có dữ liệu cuối cùng trong dãy từ B đến G, VD: ngày 1 cho nhân viên 500001 là E6, ngày 3 là D3)
Với ngày tùy ý vào ô P1, một cách tổng quát và tối ưu (để dùng lại cho tháng sau, dữ liệu nhiều nên cần nhanh)
Em đã làm được như trong file đính kèm, nhưng vẫn chưa tổng quát, vì phần out không làm được một cách tổng quát.
Xin các anh chị giúp em công thức cho phần out, và xem lại các phần trước như vậy đã tối ưu chưa? Còn cách nào nhanh hơn nữa không?

Trong bài tập này em có 1 sheet Chi tiết doanh thu và 1 sheet Mã Khách hàng, mã dịch vụ, mã đơn vị
Em đã lập sheet Tổng hợp Doanh Thu (TH DT) nhưng không biết cách dò tìm theo hàng tháng thì sẽ sử dụng hàm như thế nào và trong Sheet Chi tiet doanh thu phải thêm cột gì??
Trong Sheet TH DT ĐV (Tổng hợp doanh thu theo đơn vị) yêu cầu đặt ra là ở cột Mã ĐV chỉ cần đánh mã vào sẽ nhảy ra số liệu tương ứng.

các bác giúp e với, em đang làm một file nhưng chưa ra, e xin trình bày chỗ e chưa làm đc như sau:
Cột B tại sheet1 link với cột C sheet2 (Có chứa Danh sách tên các loại thuốc rất khó viết đúng).
Cột B sheet1 là cột nhập tên thuốc có chứa trong cột C sheet2, em muốn nhập tên vào cột B mà chỉ cần gõ vài chữ cái đầu excel sẽ lọc trong cột C2 sheet2 và hiện ra list tên chứa những chữ cái cho mình chọn để khi dùng hàm tìm kiếm link đến cột B sheet1 thì mới đc. mong các bác giúp đỡ!

Em dùng hàm Rand nhưng cho kết quả là số nguyên.

Ví dụ: Giá trị ngẫu nhiên giữa 0 đến 5 cho giá trị là: 0,6; 1,2; 2,7; 3,4; 4,8 ....
